After charging, adjusted sound level to 50%, put them in and BAM!! I could instantly clearly hear people talking in the kitchen from the master bedroom. In fact it was too loud. I had to turn it lower. Only minor issue is feedback when putting on or off or if they slip out of position. But these are very minor things compared to the gains in hearing. Far better than my over the ear hearing aids from my audiologist.

Cannot adjust volume control in Right Side Device. Volume Control will not turn in either direction-NO I did not overturn adjustment- it was/is frozen and will not turn. Very disappointed with device.
