I just received them and was pleasantly surprise on how easy they were to use. I just placed them in my ears and then adjusted the volume with only one in/out cycle and was hearing the TV. I did receive one (Blue) with a broke pull wire though and currently sent an email to the support group to see how to handle it. But it has stopped me from using them and the function nicely. Thank You.

Still trying to find the correct fitting ear piece. The amplification works great — I am hearing things I didn’t know were out there and the volume is good as well. But, they either cause me pain sitting in the ear canal or they fall out requiring constant adjustment. Hopefully I will find a pair that fit acceptably.
